Just lined up
Tuesday, July 7th, 2009I photographed the Gearhead event in Kailua this past Sunday–a typical wild art event full of feature photos. After walking around for about 30 minutes, I felt I had something decent to file. Just as that thought crossed my mind, an alignment of planets, space-time continuum, perfection, etc. etc. just rained down upon me, and I was able to raise my camera and shoot two frames of a mini Ford Mustang driven by two little girls coming towards a REAL red 1966 Mustang. To add to the luck, I had been shooting at f22 (don’t ask why) already, so I just raised it, didn’t really meter for it, and fired. Voila! Talk about lucky!
