The state House reorganization has yet to become official, but an important transition occurred on Thursday afternoon.
Rep. Sylvia Luke, a leading dissident, took over the gavel at an informational briefing before the House Finance Committee when Rep. Marcus Oshiro, the committee’s chairman, stepped away.
Luke is in line to become chairwoman of the committee if Rep. Joseph Souki becomes speaker as expected.

It seems reasonable to think that you would, at some point, explain to people what difference there is–if there is any–between the Souki faction and the Say faction. Or does it even matter?
