Who the hell watches these local debates?? Go into any housing area on this island and you can count on your hand the no. of people watching these non-sensical and boring debates. For that matter, I would proffer the opinion that only 1 or 2% of the State population watches these local debates…Geezus, go in the bars and see how many tv sets are attuned to these debates. NONE!
Go house to house be it in Hawaii Kai or Kaimuki or Waianae or Pearl City and you wouldn’t find more than 1 or 2 per cent of the homes watching, if any, the debates for any lengthof time. What a waste of time!!

    There can be only ONE!

They should have done the debates in August and September. Half the voters sent in their mail-in absentee ballots the day after they got them. By now, at least 40% of the total votes have been cast and in the mail or received already.

Tough Fishing. Most voters already made up their minds
    long ago.
