Nice shots Rich. They flew right over my house on Maunalani Heights. I mean they were CLOSE. And man were they LOUD. My ears were ringing afterward.

Yeah, the optical compression with a long lens (in this case a 300mm) can make things seem like they’re closer to each other than they really are.
