Warriors-Beach Night 2 rewind

Tonight pretty much summed up how this team was. So close but couldn’t close. They had the potential to sweep this one. No playoffs this season. even if they beat UCSB next week, the best they can do is 6-18. CSUN already has 6 wins and holds the tiebreak over UH.

They didn’t get in all the matches planned.  they took a 3-hour weather break (lightning). They’re going to go to a shortened format for the rest of play (see original format at bottom).

The tournament features seven pools of five teams each. Matches consist of two sets to 21-points. Top two teams from each pool along with the top two third-place finishers (based on point differential) advance to Sunday’s “Gold” bracket… The remaining third-place pool finishers along with the fourth-place finishers in each pool will comprise the “Silver” bracket… The “Bronze” bracket will include all the fifth-place pool finishers.
