Elimimian signs with Silberman

UH linebacker Solomon Elimimian has signed with agent Wynn Silberman of the Morgan Advisory Group. He joins snapper Jake Ingram, who signed with Silberman last Thursday. … Silberman said it won’t be a problem if Elimimian doesn’t play in an all-star game because of his body of work over four years at UH. Performance at pro day and the NFL Combine will be important for him. Elimimian plans to train in the San Diego area or the Bay Area.

Wynn Silberman has himself a catch in Elimimian.
Dave what sealed it for Elimimian signing with Wynn?

I know Elimimian was strongly considering another agency, but I don’t know which one. Silberman and MAG had several things going for them; based in California, Wynn is also a former Division I college football player, and he already knew Solomon’s brother, Abraham, and, most importantly, Solomon feels comfortable with him. The most important things between a client and agent are trust, communication and accountability, and they seem to have faith in each other.

Elimimian will do great. His durability, exceptional quickness, and instincts will sorely be missed by HAWAII. Elimimian along with Veikune and Leoanard helped keep the UH team afloat. Solly plays like a “pro” and his agent is very fortunate. No doubt that the big three in Elimimian, Veikune, and Leonard will continue to do well.

Watching the bowl game against Notre Dame was interesting. Its as if Charlie Weis abandoned the running game because of Hawaii’s front seven. Hawaii’s pass coverage unit was poor at best. During the pre-game interviews Weis was aware of Elimimian and Veikune. As a result Golden Tate and Clausen exposed hawaii’s secondary.
