congrats to James Butler and team. He is a beast, one of the best volleyball players I had the privilege to play with for many years. There are a lot of park rat volleyball players back in the day where Paki park and kapiolani park had some very good local players week after week. Although I’m an old man now, back then Hawaiki was the team to beat at Haili.

CC had a miraculous recovery .She sent ten dollars to the Church of the Sacred Bleeding Heart of Jesus located somewhere in Los Angeles, California and the next week they said a prayer for her on the radio and all of her dreams came true .

Has to be a mistake or she is staying in school and will be on a medical hardship scholarship.

  • Cindy Luis April 1, 2011 at 6:57 pm

believe it’s a mistake. she was pretty definite about retiring when we last spoke.
