As long as you show $$$ to the faces of the UH board and athletic department, then and only then can they move. Mack is doing the extra which is evident I would say much more than Jones, by going out and making programs that promote the game of football and sports for Hawaii. We need more leaders like the Mack Attack. I'm looking forward to the upcoming season.

The athletic director should take note, observe, learn and apply the same rallying tools that his coaches use to promote the product. It's not only this clinic that Coach Mack does that impresses the public watching, it's his overall kinship with the fans. And the same can be said about all of the other coaches. Everything in their power, I see the coaches championing the sport program. And at the same time trying to build a fan base.
In other words, the coaches do the fevered pitch. And from the athletic director and staff,I extract zero conveyance of publicity, enthusiasm or excitement towards the upcoming season.Taking the two templates, so far, of how the coaches are doing things to promote the program versus what we see from the athletic departments there's a glaring difference.
