And also to you and yours. Especially since the world did not come to an end on 12/12/12 or 12/21/12 or when Wahine bowed out of the tournament. Now looking forward to next year and a senior laden and senior led Wahine with new recruits and new energy and hopefully the Mana to take it further. Men’s volleyball kicks up in a couple of weeks. Hope Charlie has upgraded the talent. Cindy have you been to a practice yet?
No. Stephen is the beat writer so i haven’t been to practice. Not sure how involved I will be with the men this season. Warriors open on the road at BYU next week. Jan. 4-5
As the end of the year nears, I can’t help but wonder when Dave will decide he is ready to move on to the next phase of his life. His kids have graduated and he’s a Grandpa now. How much longer does he have on his contract? Is it a possibility he will opt out early?
Believe he has one year left. Contract renewed in 2008 with a five-year extension. takes him through 2013.
so, no, not opting out early. have heard nothing from him indicating he is ready to retire.
he’s a very young 66.
