A bit of a surprise since they normally didn’t do back-to=back west coast. but perhaps the MIVA didn’t put in a bid.

INDIANAPOLIS The NCAA has announced the host sites for the 2012 and 2013 National Collegiate Men’s Volleyball Championship.

The University of Southern California will host the 2012 event, which will be the first NCAA National Collegiate Men’s Volleyball Championship that it has hosted. UCLA has been selected as the site for the 2013 championship. This will be the 14th NCAA men’s volleyball national championship hosted by the Bruins, the most of any school.

As previously announced, the 2011 National Collegiate Men’s Volleyball Championship will be held at Penn State University.

Did Hawaii put in a bid? It would be nice for them to host the championship again.

Don’t know if they put in for the men, they did for the women. Although I think Wade said something about maybe going for Jonas’ senior year, which would be for 2013 … so guess not happening
