Off the Block announces top online coverage

April 26th, 2011

The Star-Advertiser wasn’t the winner of the inaugural award but was a finalist. And the only daily (non-campus) newspaper honored.
Penn State’s campus daily won while the S-A was a finalist along with the UCLA and Ball State student newspapers.

JUST to notify those volleyball fanatics about/on VT…the ULTIMATE ‘homer’ as would/could be known:

‘Barky’ (a diehard, TRUE, UW Huskies fan–poised as an also wouldbe UH fan, though NOT really)…& beware, it has MANY “special” powers!!!

‘It’ also doubles as ‘Doppelganger’…say NOTHING adverse about ‘its’ UW program. Been there, done that. :-(
