It’s not “should advance”, the wahine will advance to Saturday’s second round match.
For me though, this is the one place I wish the wahine didn’t have to go. They’ll be playing my Alma Mater. I hope the wahine play well, but I can’t wish them victory over the Women of Troy. In the end, the scarlet and gold will find a way to win the match and bounce the wahine in the second round.
I won’t be seeing the match ’cause I’ll be at the Rose Bowl watching the #1 team in the land crush the little minions of Westwood. WE ARE!!!! SC!!!!
Too bad the wahine aren’t playing that team from Westwood. ‘Cause you know my favorite teams are USC, the wahine, and whoever is playing UCLA!!!….

Cindy, any idea if the Wahine match on friday and hopefully saturday is going to be televised here in Hawaii? I believe OC-16 carried it last year. Thanks

Lyle, have to be objective. Should is the only word.
And yes, I used to have the same bumper sticker … except it said my 2 favorite teams are UCLA and whoever is playing USC
Have fun at the Rose Bowl. You could always come back to watch volleyball.
and KONA, no. TV only through USC web site free … usctrojans.com

http://usctrojans.cstv.com/sports/w-volley/spec-rel/08-ncaa-tournament-central.html still shows the starting time for Saturday’s match as 7:00 p.m. I guess we can worry about the time should Hawaii advance.
