I love Monica’s setting. She should play more.
After a near disastrous road trip, returning to the friendly confines of the SSC was the perfect antidote the Wahine needed to right a listing ship. Clicking on all cylinders, their hitting, blocking and backrow defense simply overwhelmed UCI. Congrats to all the players.
Wahine didn’t play lights out last night but this Irvine team did not look any better than any WAC teams that have visited the Arena in past seasons.
Agree they didn’t play lights out but felt UCI was better overall than at WAC team. Anteaters are very young.
