Whoa, I stand corrected on the point spread for the Cincy game…just off the wire it’s only 7 1/2 pts. What games have the odd-makers been watching?! Still, let it rip, Warriors!

Lots of old-timer fans got off the Warrior support band wagon several weeks back (including my “kill fight” older brother) but I’m Still Believing! However, I wish the Warriors would develop a killer instinct before the next game. I don’t know if was cautious coaching or poor player execution but not going for the jugular early in the WS game was readily apparent. The top rated teams (Florida, Alabama, Oklahoma, etc.) have shown no mercy in their recent wins…They took no prisoners so to speak. Not that we’re in their league but I find that the successful teams have that mentality. In other words play aggressive football. Next week against Cincinnatti we’ve got nothing to lose by playing wide-open football on both offense and defense. We’ll probably be 20 point underdogs so we ought to just let it rip. Maybe the coaches will be working on that psyche with the players this week. It’s too late to work on execution but not too late to work on the WARRIOR SPIRIT aspects for Saturday’s game. Geeve um, Warriors!!

Congrats to the Warriors. Great to go Bowling. Lets the players and fans enjoy a longer season and get opportunity to get better in a additional game and hopefully improve our win record. Players and coaches get to party and be treated special (hotel, food, etc), receive gifts, be on TV. Longer season allows the team to get in more practices an improve for next years run.

Hey Dave was sweet to see coaches and Warriors get that bowl invite and winning season! Even in the misty rain we still had a nice crowd! Hope Ice Man gets his stroke back for Cincy and Christmas Eve.
