Great play by Aneli. But I’d like to see that save by Brandt in Game 2 again.

I voted but it looks like the UH-NMSU play is way behind in votes.
I know this is off topic but when do the Men vball season tickets go on sale? And when do they start their fall practice or have they already started?

Men are already practicing. I’m assuming season tickets will go on sale next month. They’ll be hosting Stanford Thanksgiving week.

Cindy, speaking of the men, do you know why new recruit Umberlauft (I don’t know how to spell his name) the German freshman is not listed on the UH roster? I sure hope he is eligible because it will really help ticket sales if he is.
thanks

Jonas is here, practicing, coming to wahine matches. They haven’t updated the web site. All i can tell you. He’s eligible and as good as advertised from what the players have told me.

Whatever happened to Chris MacLaughlin?? Hope it’s not his health problem.
Lisa Maa is a good replacement, but Chris is so knowledgeable about the game and a favorite among players & fans!!!
Not a word from Jim Leahey.
Let us know what’s happening.
Thanks. Bobo.

have addressed this early but you must have missed it. Chris is up at Stanford as a volunteer assistant coach for the men’s team. He will be back when the Cardinal play the Warriors Thanksgiving weekend. He’s up there just for the fall.
And I would say that Lisa is pretty knowledgeable. She did play on the NCAA championship teams of 82 and 83. married to Pono Ma’a, has coached club, and has an up and coming 6-2 15 year-old who might end up as a Wahine.

Would be nice to Misty play for the wahine.
