hop Adolpho is ok and Shoji just giving Hagins playtime tonight
Maybe Kalei took a flight home so she could play with the basketball wahine against Stanford and Baylor? just a guess.
No, she didn’t fly back to play this weekend.she has not practiced with bkb team.

Like last night, I expect UC Davis to make some adjustment, in set 2 so hopefully the Wahine stay solid.
Longo with an ace, makes it 9-2 in Set 2. TO UCD
Davis with an ace, pulls UCD to 15-12. TO UH.
Kill by Hagins makes it 19-16. TO UCD. like how Hagins is playing tonight. 5-0-6.
Jeez they almost choked that set 2 away, thank god for emily’s two kills at the end, but she’s the only wahine hitting poorly tonight.
Hartong taking a lot of trouble balls which can affect hitting percentage. And the block seems to be stacked, as usual, on her.
more so after set 1
I totally agree with you, Cindy. Hagins is having a good match so far. She seems a little quicker, laterally, then Adolpho. Maybe, Shoji has found something in Hagins. Now the question is, can she be consistent, not up an down.
Don’t know if Hagins is the answer. she does touch a lot of balls and there wasn’t a lot of video tape on her to scout so that may have thrown UCD off.
Wahine out to a 15-9 lead at the TTO
Tuaniga 2-0-3. good connections with the middles today.
Hagins finishes at 6-0-7. Vorster 8-2-11

Congratulations to the girls for the sweep, and to Coach Shoji for his 1,100th win.
I’m glad Hagins got to start. Hope she gets to start the next two matches at home.
I agree, Hagins can develope to be a force at 6-4 with more playing time and confidence shown by the staff, which in turn will gain her confidence in her play.
