Wahine-Cal Poly 11-28 updates

 Mafua is starting tonight. In the house, former Wahine assistant Howard Wallace, the assistant at Texas-San Antonio.Singing the National Anthem and Hawaii Pono’i were UH manager Hedder Ilustre and assistant coach Ryan Tsuji.  Team is sitting opposite of where they usually are. Arena is still in a basketball configuration.

    Hawaii’s passing much better. UH up 13-8. Timeout Mustangs. Atherstone is 0-1-2, Cal Poly 5-6-19. UH 7-3-14.

    UH up 21-16. Timeout CP. Houston is one kill away from 2,000.

    Hawaii wins 25-17. Houston’s kill ends it, becoming just the second Wahine to reach 2,000. The other is Kim Willoughby, 2,598

    Mafua’s ace gives Hawaii an 11-5 lead. Timeout Mustangs. UH 7-0-1, CP 4-3-16.

    Hawaii was leading 23-14. It’s now 23-18. Timeout Hawaii.

    Wahine finish it out 25-19. Houston 13-4-22. Cubi-Otineru 6-0-10.
