That #12 for the green team looked pretty good 4 for 4 for 79yrds and a TD.
Hope he gets a chance on the summer roster!
What players do think improved thier chances on making the summer roster?

Good to see Jayson Rego, finally getting some running time after all these years. Rego is a stud, who if used more may be UH’s answer to replace Nate. At 215 lbs, Rego is a load to bring down, with proven talent and hard nose instincts.

In front of a nice crowd the Warriors showed lots of potential and gave us much hope! Funaki looked good passing and displayed pretty good foot speed. Maybe a little ahead of Graunke tonight. I thought Santos did quite well also. Running game seemed to lag the pass, shovel passes needs more work, receivers need to hang on to the ball, snaps in the gun need to be more precise… but all in all it was an entertaining night. Yup we left feeling good knowing we are in good hands with Coach Mac and staff and that we will be ready come August 30th:-).

Wish I were there! Looks like Funaki is moving his team…a real gritty QB in my opinion. He’s got some motor legs on him! He will be very difficult to defend against.
