Warriors in Pullman

By Jason Kaneshiro

Notes from the Warriors’ practice today at Colfax High School, about 15 miles outside of Pullman, as they prepare for Saturday’s game at Idaho.

>> The intensity in an already crisp practice seemed to pick up after Blaze Soares and Brett Leonard scuffled after a play.

>> Adrian Thomas returned to practice today at right tackle, splitting time with Austin Hansen. Offensive line coach Gordy Shaw said it’ll be a game-time decision on whether Thomas or Hansen starts the game.

>> Victor Clore and Paipai Falemalu worked with the first team at left defensive end. Elliott Purcell is expected to be ready for the game.

>> The Warriors will get their first look at the refurbished Kibbie Dome in tomorrow’s walk-through.

Is UH really staying in pullman? I thought they’d be staying in Moscow at the university Inn or Lewiston. WSU has a bye this weekend so the Warriors might run into some familiar faces around pullman.
